If I could give zero stars, I would gladly do so multiple times. Cardiovascular consultants is actually the most horrible place to have any scheduling done to get any important test done. They continuously lack communication with one another in the scheduling department in the test department it is actually ridiculous. I spoke with Sophia Sandy and Kathy and all three of those receptionist were absolutely rude and very unhelpful. Ive been a patient of CVC since 2020...they saved my life. Staff is amazing, efficient and compassionate. 5 stars all they way.

Dr is awesome, saved my life - the administrative staff is terrible, won't answer the phone or return messages in the portal, I can't get a response for insurance notice of denial for a prescription, ran out of the prescription & now have to go to the office to hopefully get some resolution - After a visit to the office for resolution I now know less than before as to what I should do about the accessing the medication they prescribed me. 02/02/2026 More problems since this practice now joined with Honor Health. Saw the usual dr in December, on the 12th. They merged with Honor Health on December 1, 2025. Could not get my meds refilled even though they usually do it at the time of the appt but I ended up a week later having to go back into the office and refusing to leave until I got confirmation that my prescriptions had been called in.
