Meredith Saxon was wonderful to work with today. I didn’t feel rushed and she listened to every question I asked. Having moved from the North and having to establish care with all new providers, it’s a blessing to find someone (and on my first try!) that I know will be a good fit for many years to come :)
It was quite stressful when I, A . Churn, found out I needed to have a cardiovascular procedure for my aortic stenoses. A (TAVR) Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement was planned and the work up began. I was anxious, my Mom, who is a retired cardiovascular RN , was anxious as well as my adult children all 5 of them. Front desk ladies, nurse (Abby), Dr. Sharma, and his assistant were super helpful, polite and organized.
Please give nurse Vickie a raise and praise.she is very kind and explained the correct wAy to take blood pressure and explained everything.Never had anyone there do that before
