I went to the Acorn Drive location on Saturday for an eye infection. It was about 20 minutes before they closed and they clearly had no interest in helping me. My eye was very inflamed. The person looked in my ears, and that's all she did. I would have thought you'd look more closely at my eye. I spent about 5 minutes with her, and she wrote an antibiotic prescription for me and also told me it may be eye shingles. RecommendedA big shout out to the awesome nursing staff on second floor Med/Surg and JC Urology Clinic staff, especially Kelly and Brittney. I can’t thank you enough for the excellent care you’ve given my husband, beginning a few months ago during the Covid Crisis. I am LIVID!!!! I am a caregiver for a man who has many, many DVTs and PEs. I took him to his appt, along with his service dog. After he was checked in we sat down in waiting room and the fat lady with the ugly haircut came over to us and said the dog had to go. I explained he was the service dog with the man I brought. She said she needed proof. This is a direct violation of FEDERAL LAW!!!! I had a huge lomg review typed out about how horrible this place is but Facebook quit and I lost my post so I might post it later but to summarize, they threaten minors with strip searches and make inappropriate comments to us during the search, when nurse attempted to kill me due to her own stupidity and negligence, and they they withheld my medication.
I waited 3 and half hours to be seen in regards to my foot. They gave me no answers, ideas of what they thought was wrong, true recommendations besides RICE and told me to wait for radiology to look at it. Have not heard anything from them since.

I really understand the circumstances of the cvoid19. but to take a father's right away to see his baby being born. wow! really? its not right. how dare you! you can't ever get that moment back and to deny someone of that is so wrong on many levels. this is the worst hospital. I do not recommend this and do not support it at all. that is the lowest thing I have ever heard of.
