The Heart Center use to be an okay place ! However it has quickly went down hill. Seems Ballad has made a muck of it like everything else. I had an appointment this morning for a routine test . I was told at the time I checked in for the test that I will most likely need to reschedule so they can obtain a needed preauthorization , or else I can pay for the test. Just completed cardiac rehab of 36 sessions. Had a quadruple bypass in January. The staff is great. Highly recommend.
