This is the worst place to go. First they tried to keep my from my child being admitted because I refused consent and had to call the on call supervisor. Then after being there almost 7 hours knowing she hadn't eaten in almost 12 at that point they still never gave her anything to eat. The nurses were very rude when I asked to speak to the doctor. This place would let someone die before they actually cared.

My friend was operated on at Franklin Woods last week. He has stage 4 cancer. He was discharged last Friday and we’re waiting to begin a treatment plan. He began feeling weak and developed a cough. We called and were told by our Surgeon to go to the ER and have him paged and he would come right over. We’ve been here almost 3 hours and he can barely hold his head up. Today I was scheduled at 11:00 to be at Franklin Woods to get a heart monitor put on. I get there at 10:40, check in, and they tell me my cardiologist hasn’t sent them my work order so they have to reach out to them. I wait about 25 mins and since I hadn’t heard anything I called my cardiologist, asked them to send the work order over but they say they’ve already sent it. This place is a joke. Would never ever recommend. And will never ever be back. Some not all where rude. And was told by an employee that works there this place is all about the money not about the care of the people. And I truly believe it. Plus my husband has been misdiagnosed 3 times.

My mom was almost dying they wouldn’t admit when she rode a hour from home to get medical care good care and they were busy so they got her in and out without proper tests !!!😡

I took my elderly parent to their ER after she had a bad fall and while they were thorough in their care for her, the waiting room workers were not asking people who wore NO MASKS to put one on. I viewed one person pull down another person's mask to talk to them! I was sitting in that waiting room and when I questioned the worker if masks were mandatory, another worker told me I should not be waiting in there but should be outside. Strange statement as 7 members of one family (most without masks) were in there waiting. Not g... read more
