In my opinion, the front desk staff seem to make a real effort to avoid seeing or acknowledging patients. Even though there are usually four people sitting there who are supposed to assist and respond to patients, they often see you but say nothing and just turn back to their computers. I have been coming here for about two years now, and this has consistently bothered me.
Front desk people are rude, but still giving 5 star because of dr. Savchenko. He is the real doctor who cares and not only knows his job but also enjoys it. It's rare nowadays
