I think the staff at this location needs to do some courses in customer service. I don’t think they have great bedside manner. The receptionist at the front was decent. However, when I missed a call from them and I called them back to discuss what the message was about the lady on the phone proceeded to give me a lecture on why it’s important to check my messages; a message I did not receive in the first place. The staff is horrible there
I’m honestly really upset about this experience. I got a call on January 6 from a receptionist saying I had an appointment on January 12. I told her very clearly that I could not come because I was out of Toronto and wouldn’t be back until January 16. I even said maybe there was a mistake on the booking. Instead of apologizing or double-checking, the receptionist was extremely rude, clearly irritated, and refused to take any responsibility.
