Took over 3 hours to get a room with a sick kid — said all beds were full however when we came back most were empty. Didn’t send all prescriptions to pharmacy— and 75% of employees were sitting down not working and gossipping
I came here after being discharged from John Muir. John Muir discharged me knowing I didn't have a BM in 5 days. Coming here I was in immense pain and a day out of gallbladder surgery. I was rushed in the back and was instantly getting treated. I had nurses setting IVs, other nurses setting up EKGs. CT scan showed that my colon is inflamed. They admitted me. The worst hospital ever. came in with boils under both arms in pain the worst feeling and was treated poorly didn't give any pain meds had to ask and told me to take Tylenol grabbing on me any kind of way like I wasn't in pain careless I will never go here again don't go there if your black there going to think you just want drugs smh
