Horrible experience with them my mom saw them on 9/11 for surgery clearance on 9/22 it is now 9/16 and they requested further testing refuse to contact the insurance for authorization refused to send the referral as Stat order insurance stated they did not receive the referral on 9/11 when they claimed to have sent it out! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!
The office administration and appointment scheduling process at both the Irvine and Santa Ana locations are absolutely horrible. It’s exceedingly difficult to schedule an appointment, get records transfered or get basic questions answered. They have an answering service that has no information and simply take messages. Then you have to wait for the office to call you back. If you don’t answer they will not leave any details you simply have to call back again.
