My primary care doctor put in a request to this practice for me to see one of their cardiologists. The office receptionist called me to make the appointment. We made the appointment but when I checked it on MyChart, to my surprise the appointment is with an internist on their staff, not a cardiologist. For me, that was enough reason to cancel the appointment and go elsewhere.
If there were zero stars, i’d pick that but hands on, the worst experience i’ve had with reception in my entire life. My doctor referred me to this institute in June and i tried to get a hold of them for a new patient appointment. They told me they have a specific person who makes the appointments so i called her and she wouldn’t pick up the phone.
