From receptionist to the doctor my experience was 5 star. Polite and professional.
Dr Andrew (also known as Dr. Drew) Hinojos is an incompetent doctor, a liar, and not up to date with protocols that the electrophysiological lab has set in place and would rather argue that his protocols are perfect even though I had been refused to be seen because I followed his protocols and not theirs. He is rude and would rather jump to conclusions instead of listening to his patients. Everything he told me during the appointment is the exact opposite of what he put in my chart. The front office staff isn't even aware that a Dr. has moved out of state, No one has let you know via phone, my chart, NO communication. You are just there, waiting.
After calling me to confirm and sending text confirmation I left work 6 hours early and drove over an hour to have them call me minutes away to tell me the doctor had a emergency and left then asked if I want to reschedule??? When I lose money on my paycheck and fuel for nothing I don’t trust scheduling anything with such a poor excuse
