The Doctors are great. The problem is we went in for my 88 year old mom's appt today. Her card said 11:40, they called us up and said her appt is at 3:40. Mom had her card with her because this is not the first time this happened. So I drove 30 mins to get her, 15 mins to Dr's office. Now if we MISSED the appt , we'd be charged. They could not fit her on. So we have to go back in November. Plus , I had something important to do today, with a sick loved one. but cancled, because the appt was made 6 months ago.
