Doctor is great but staff is terrible. I made the follow-up appointment a month later, arrived 10 minutes early. Was told that there were three other people ahead and instantly knew what was going to happen. After waiting, waiting, and waiting some more I told them I'd have to reschedule. If I showed up 45 minutes late to an appointment, or a job interview, or a court appearance, they wouldn't see me. The same should apply, these people are not celebrities, they're doctors. I like the people here and I trust I'm in good hands.
I am unhappy about my phone experience during their lunch hour...they could mention the reopen time or full lunch hours in the message we here. Extra anxiety is not needed
