Summary: 1. They never answer calls or call you back. 2. They canceled three of my appointments without notifying me, or they made mistakes. 3. They treat you and your time like junk. 4. Their operations are unprofessional, and their data is a mess. Worst people in this office ever. Doctor is great but staff is terrible. I made the follow-up appointment a month later, arrived 10 minutes early. Was told that there were three other people ahead and instantly knew what was going to happen. After waiting, waiting, and waiting some more I told them I'd have to reschedule. If I showed up 45 minutes late to an appointment, or a job interview, or a court appearance, they wouldn't see me. The same should apply, these people are not celebrities, they're doctors. I like the people here and I trust I'm in good hands.
I am unhappy about my phone experience during their lunch hour...they could mention the reopen time or full lunch hours in the message we here. Extra anxiety is not needed
