Why do they schedule you for an appointment at say 11:15 just to make you sit in the waiting room for four hours or longer before they even call you back?! Seriously! I get it is a dr office and sometimes things happen that throws off the dr schedule but by 4 or 5 hours?! It is a dr office and the people that go here are obviously here for medical reasons which in some cases those people can not sit in a waiting room for four hours and then in the exam room for 2 or 3. This office, as well as the Doctors, provided the worst experience with a medical facility ever. I have been taking a medication for 17 years and they made me jump through hoops to continually charge me more fees. Ultimately I had to go to another facility to get my medicine because CCOM would not do it. I asked how much was owned and I was told I was paid in full.
