I ran out of my blood pressure medication and called to get a refill. This rude receptionist advised they wouldn’t refill it because I hadn’t been in the office since June (and because they haven’t ran up an exorbitant amount of useless test to cash in on me in a while). I asked if I could get an emergency dosage to which they declined and said that any doctor would do the same. I told her that was scary that they would withhold someone’s regular daily medication like that and that I would not be coming in for an appointment... read more
It is my second time in here. This people does not have any sense of urgency. The patient service is terrible. Plus, Dr Smith was very rude, unprofessional, unpleasant and weird. They were talking longer just because....
