Should have read these reviews before I stepped foot in this office. The doctor and his assistant both dismissive of anything I said regarding my symptoms and why I was there. The doctor laughing as I began to explain what I have experienced for the past two months. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and ARROGANT. Is he God that he can diagnose a patient before running any tests??? Avoid Dr. Steinberg if you're looking for a doctor with empathy. Waste of time.

Abysmal customer service. Always terribly rude, every time you call. Dr. mansour was wonderful but they no longer take Aetna.
I would have given this office a 5 star rating based on my interaction with Dr Brackett and his assistant (Talia I think it’s her name). However today one of the front desk ladies totally lacked professionalism- when I told her I was there to drop off a heart monitor she said quite curtly that such returns are handled by mail. When I said “but I am here with the monitor” she eventually said ok and accepted the return with a shrug of annoyance.
