Imagine being placed on a heart monitor and following the Dr's orders but never given the results. That was in 2019. The same year he prescribed BP medicine and filled it without a follow up visit for 2 years. Now, 1 year later, after he cancelled my scheduled appointment to renew the RX, he refuses to even answer a request for an emergency 30 day RX due to me being out of state for a month.
