Get ready for the worse customer service you will ever encounter in a Dr.'s office. It all starts from the top and with all cameras around I am sure Dr.s in office are aware of the lack of empathy, professionalism and basic friendly greeting when one walks in. I cringe every time I had to go there which was only four times.
