i would do no stars. i’m a certified medical assistant myself and let me tell you, they are so rude, the receptionists no bueno and the doctor can’t do her job right. told my grandma & i that she’s doing good & everything is normal when it’s not. DONT COME HERE
Food customer service
This place isn't taking calls. I left a message with the answering service on 2/6, it is now 2/11 and no return call. I tried calling back and the answering service can't even reach anyone at the office. Now I have to driver over there just to speak to someone. AVOID going here!!!!!
I rated this one star based on the customer service at the front desk. Now a days, customer service is bleak. I don’t expect much going to a restaurant, a movie or anywhere where there’s service interaction. But when going to a medical clinic, there should be a level of professionalism in the staff. The receptionist is extremely rude, does not acknowledge patients when they walk in, sitting on her personal phone and talking to other staff members while you’re waiting 15 minutes before she stops talking and finally gives you ... read more
