Everyone was very helpful, the MA that took me inside the room very nice. The front desk ladies as well. I felt heard from the doctor and he seemed to want to get to the bottom of the reason for my visit. Went again today and same as the first time.

This place is the worst. Unsure how they stay in business as even calling to make an appointment is ridiculously challenging with wait times of over 40 minutes. Staff is rude and provides no answers to questions asked but rather glosses over the question and abruptly puts callers on hold. This behavior is telling of how the practice operates.

I would do no stars if I could. I try not to leave negative reviews but when it has to do with something as important as the heart, for Gods sake!! Then people need to be made aware. My mother is 82 years old and came here to follow up post cerebral stroke and Atrial fibrillation diagnosis. After having tests done, she was called and told that she no longer needs to come see the doctor because her tests were normal and only come as needed. What?! If it were possible to give these people zero stars, I would. It took three tries to finally reach and book an appointment with this office after my heart attack. They booked me an appointment three months (!!) from the date I called. A few days before my scheduled appointment they called me to tell me that their computer shows my insurance was cancelled, and they were cancelling my appointment. i would do no stars. i’m a certified medical assistant myself and let me tell you, they are so rude, the receptionists no bueno and the doctor can’t do her job right. told my grandma & i that she’s doing good & everything is normal when it’s not. DONT COME HERE
