In May, I underwent a 4 hour hospital cardiology perfusion test under Dr. Villar. I saw him for about 5 minutes during the entire procedure. His bed side manner seemed neither warm or attentive. My post surgery consult (to discuss the crucial perfusion findings) has been set for OCTOBER 2026, nearly 6 MONTHS LATER. This is OUTRAGEOUS!!! I'm done with this clinic. It has been a few weeks, maybe a month since my experience. It still sits heavy with me and it is unfortunate that I’ve experienced such negative actions by healthcare professionals across the board. Not just specific to this office. My first appointment was to get the blood pressure monitor. Dr. Villar presented an excellent summation of my changing cardiovascular conditions and symptoms during our last meeting. He explained my options and gave me the choice of the pathway to pursue that which I felt would restore my health. My congratulations on delivering his heart-felt recommendations which I accepted.
I have worked in Healthcare for over 2 decades and with several physicians. Dr. Abhilash Sailendra is an example of what many doctor should aspire to when caring for patients. Dr. Sailendra is professional in his approach, curtious and sincere. At each appointment I felt safe, heard, and never left wondering what steps were next.
