First and most 4x4 switch ain't working and After 1 week of driving vehicle, coolant leak from the reservoir and dealer did nothing about it.. hey fast money sale .

Horrible experience! Dealer wouldn't honor the advertised price. Added $2500 for "dealer add-ons" that I didn't want and wouldn't budge. After driving an hour and spending 2 hours trying to come to terms, I left. Dealer kept calling for days to beg us to reconsider, but never agreed to sell it for the advertised price. So, I got a brand new one for what they wanted for a used VW with 8k miles. Buyer beware! Very unpleasant, icky experience.

When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. They are very good at following up once you inquire. However, once they have your email, they will send you daily reminders (not kidding).

Process was simple and easy we got an used 2021 Tiguan and traded in our old car the whole process was pretty smooth. Our sales person was David great guy he will help you out

BEWARE..... the price they advertise is NOT the price of the car.... there are "dealer installed" items that they've ADDED that you don't need. SHOCKING that a franchised dealer uses these tactics to rip their customers off or advertise a price without the ACTUAL price you can buy the car for. STAY AWAY..... look at the other reviews.
