Muy mala comunicación con el cliente, siempre me regresaban a mi casa y hoy después de estas en el lugar para el servicio de mi mazda, me dicen que solo pueden usar el servicio de regresarte si estas a mas de 10 millas. Yo estoy a 14 millas y no se puedo. En otras ocasiones si me han llevado y recogido, hoy no puedo ser.
Add vehicle serviced there first service brand new vehicle driving out of town check engine light came on took it to a Mazda dealership in Oklahoma. They said the dealership I went to used the wrong oil filter and used oil conditioner, which should’ve been used once everything was changed out to proper oil filter and oil change the check engine light went off Contacted the dealership in Peoria and gave me the runaround and didn’t apologize for screwing up. They (Kevin & Freddy) showed nothing but respect when inquiring about a used Mazda I was interested in. I didn't feel rushed, or too pressur I'm yet undecided on purchasing although I fell in love with the car.
