They are very friendly and courteous. I always wait for my car to be finished and their waiting room is very comfortable. I have been there twice now and am happy with the service I received.

Appalling service at the Cardinale service station here. Last time we came in (with an appointment) it was 6+ hours to do a basic service. For 1 full hour of that time their staff were all apparently on break. The next time we came in (with an appointment), the staff was on break again. We waited 30+ minutes just to check in. No rental cars available when they can't get your car done in time. Just an absolute hell-space of a place.
