Touring the property at Cardinal Village was nothing short but easy, and informative. Marissa was very kind and understanding of the many questions I had and very thorough on her responses. The property was well maintained and seemed very family oriented. When I move to the area next year, I will definitely be submitting my application. A great first impression!

I put an application in over 2 weeks ago. She said it was $50 and they would have it back by the end of the day. Then I received no phone calls no emails no responses to any phone calls or emails I made to them. I think they honestly started to reject my calls, and then accidentally answered because she never called me back today either. I was really led to believe that the place that was available was available and that I would be able to move in almost immediately. It's been almost 2 weeks. Today is Sunday. I remember the institution... Sunday is a day of rest. At 10 AM if you are in church ,going to church, in bed... waking up or trying to have brunch You're going to spend this time listening to lawn mowers & weed eaters & blowers. And not just one lone mower... the entire crew's outside TODAY. CLOSE TO 11:30 am they are still at it...
