Lived here for 6 years. Won’t be renewing the lease again. The most recent owners, management, and maintenance have been the horrible. It used to be a good location for the value, but would not suggest anyone move here now. I have 2 3ftx3ft holes in my ceiling which hasn’t been repaired in nearly 4months. I submit paperwork, they don’t properly document it on their end then fine me for it. I call over and over again and can hardly ever get in contact with anyone. This is the best place I ever lived besides releasing the ceiling and the rugs being wet. Other than that, the staff in the office are wonderful. There's a new magazine. They came right away and addressed my issue yesterday. Thank you very much for having me as a tenant, Cardinal village

This is the most horrible place I've ever lived in. I've been living for 5 months with water dripping in my ceiling, a hole in my bathroom ceiling. The rugs are soaked for 5 months and now they want me to move out by the first of the month cuz they don't want to fix anything. They suck. I've been here for a year and and for 5 months I've been living like a total slout. There's mold growing and I have COPD. I've been in and out of the hospital. Touring the property at Cardinal Village was nothing short but easy, and informative. Marissa was very kind and understanding of the many questions I had and very thorough on her responses. The property was well maintained and seemed very family oriented. When I move to the area next year, I will definitely be submitting my application. A great first impression!
