Cardinal Title Company is the best! I always thought title/escrow companies work the same no matter who you go with and never care to choose my own. I have done 10+ RE buy/refi transactions thus far and always went with lender-recommended title/escrow companies to help close the transactions quick and streamlined. I had a bad experience with another company during the process of selling my home! I was referred to Carl and he answered a lot of questions not knowing I was doing business with him. He was genuine and honest! He made me feel like I’ve known him for 20 years’ so we had him do our closing and it was a super experience and they made it so easy for us… I’ve already made sure all my associates know who Carl is!! He was that good!!
