Very pleased with the new roof installed by Cardinal Roofing. Bryan Andrews explained the process thoroughly and was responsive to all questions and concerns. The crew was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Cardinal was able to offer better warranty options because they are a Master Elite contractor with GAF.
We couldn't be happier our new roof and having chosen Cardinal Roofing. We went through Strengthen Alabama and had a unique situation in order to get qualified for the fortified program. Bryan was great to work with, went above and beyond to help, and communicated everything clearly. Our crew was amazing! Respectful, clean job site, and some of the hardest workers I've ever been around. Highly recommend!!!
Purchased our home with a nearly new roof. The roof was put on by Cardinal and warrantied. We noticed a small stain on the upstairs ceiling and hoped it was from the A/C. After these storms the past month the stain has gotten bigger. Contacted Cardinal about the warranty. Long story short after a month no one has been out to look at it. They may be great at selling roofs and keeping you in the loop but their warranty or word sucks.
Our entire process was an absolute breeze! Bryan was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Kept us informed all along the way. The installation went very smoothly and the crew was courteous and respectful---did a fantastic job and cleaned up too! We couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend Cardinal Roofing!
