Cardinal Remodeling installed a railing going up my front porch .Lynn was very helpful with telling me what the style, color and materials were available, and what the cost would be. His crew was great and did a fantastic job. They were skilled, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and would refer them to my friends. I have received many compliments from my neighbors telling how impressed they were with the job they did and how nice the railing goes with the style of my house.
What a great company to deal with! Lynn is a master of communication, and advised us on how to accomplish our project in a reasonable and efficient manner. We tend to be quite picky about details, but Cardinal exceeded even our highest expectations. From beginning estimate to final installation, we were kept informed, and are totally pleased with the final results. I cannot recommend Cardinal Remodeling high enough, and will be sure to use their services for future projects!

We had 2 egress windows replaced and were very happy with the whole process, from evaluating what needed to be done, explaining everything and answering our questions, and the excellent results! We would definitely recommend them to others and will use them for any future work we need to have done.

Cardinal did several projects for me when we lived on ********. Lynn and his crew were fantastic. Lynn told me his guys would be there on Tuesday. Bingo. They showed up on Tuesday. Got the jobs finished on time and on budget. If you're looking for a first-class outfit for your remodeling project, you won't find any better than Cardinal.

I had a 40 year old 8 foot wide patio door that was fogged glass on one side and a door that was very difficult to open or close. I called Cardinal and Lynn cam out the next day and went over different options since the door was not repairable. We settled on a fiberglass replacement, and the crew that installed it was great. Very efficient, clean, and perfectionists. The look is amazing and we could not be happier. Will recommend this company to anyone I know needing remodeling work. Joe and Dawn S.

I am so happy with Cardinal and they did an amazing job on the Egress window they installed. It makes the room look so much better than it was before. I feel safer knowing that me and my family would be able to exit safely if there was an emergency and having the window has added value to my home. I wanted to get an Egress window installed in a basement room. I wanted to add another bedroom to my house and also feel safe knowing my family and I could exit safely if there was ever an emergency. Oct. 13, 2016 I needed some replacement on the wood that holds my gutter up on my back porch. Not a BIG job, but necessary for me to get taken care of before winter set in. Lynn came out right away, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. They did it within 2 weeks of his initial visit! Was just what I needed. They came and went and I wasn't even home. They cleaned up all the yukky wood, and I was VERY pleased with their work!! I would surely call on them again if I ever need work done.

We needed an egress window put in the basement for a bedroom. Lynn from Cardinal Remodeling & Design came out right away and gave us prices and showed us what types (pictures) of egress windows they could install. They had a lot of choices. The preparation for the window included digging, re-routing a water pipe, and cutting cement block. They installed the window and finished up the hole with wood and stone (it looks great!) and then put the fill around so we could re-seed. The guys were awesome!
