I appreciate the professional staff and their dedication to patient growth.
Cardinal has been my therapy center for the past 5 years. I have seen 3 therapists there, only switching because they moved. My current therapist Emma is incredible and the best I have seen in my 13 years of seeing therapists. Cardinal, as a practice, is always looking out for my best interests. From the admin staff to the therapists themselves, I have not had a bad experience. I cannot recommend this practice more highly.
I called to schedule therapy for my mute daughter. They became very discriminatory and refused to navigate creative ways to ensure she received the services necessary to thrive. Their incompetence led me to believe they are not qualified professionals and need more training and education.
