If you live anywhere where this is your “HOA”, you’ll understand my rating. We pay $200/mo for them to do lawn care (except get rid of poison plants, as my neighbor just had to go to the hospital for it) and occasionally plow (3 days after the snow comes, of course 🙃). What else do they do? NO ONE KNOWS.
They are letting our property go severely downhill. They don't maintain the parking lot, there is potholes and they don't fix them, they hired a plow company that they allow to pour a ridiculous amount of SALT along the sides of the building and the garages, causing severe corrosion and the concrete is falling off the foundation of the building in large chunks.
