I have never worked with the business as bad as they are they are rude and don’t help at all. From day one the manager handling our account has been rude and nasty. The new year topped it off I called because it showed I owe $10 I was advised that I management fee went up never received an official letter And the coupon book didn’t reflect the new amount.
