While the responses via email are quick, the wording of the responses are condescending and unprofessional. After having a negative experience with the HOA board at the Woods of Golf View in Orland Park, I began looking into the Illinois Condominium Property Act (ICPA) and the HOA bylaws. We are attempting to sell our townhome that is managed by this group and they refuse to help us despite making several attempts. The responses from Cardinal on other negative reviews sounds like a bratty child responding. Completely inappropriate. Edit to respond to the review response; Pictures of the requests and my response to Cardinal for reference. (Personal names have been removed from the email pictures since that’s how reviews get taken down).
Highly incompetent people and just all around terrible to deal with.
It took 7 emails to 3 people and about 8 business days to get a response. My problem is with my board and I’m asking the association on how to go about contesting an unfair rule. I understand the association enforces the rules but I was hoping they would be of more help with any strife between owners and the board. I need unbiased help and have yet to get it.
