Contacted them for a pool repair. Said they could come out this evening. 30 minutes later text them asking for a time. No response. Hour later I asked again what time he planned on coming out. They replied "you're in a rush so call someone else". Completely inappropriate response from a business when all I was asking was a time for when they planned on coming by.
