Ever since Oakwood Manor was sold to the Cardinal Pointe company, the apartment complex has gone downhill. This place is run by individuals who pass the buck and lie about everything. The place is a mess, it is always loud (apparently their "application" to live there doesn't mean anything; the new owners have allowed every schmuck under the sun to live there), the pool is disgusting and not up to code, they have bolted windows shut because of smokers, the parking lot is not maintained, the doors that are always supposed to ... read more
