My thermostat unexpectedly froze, and I knew I needed to get it taken care of quickly. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and Charles came out, diagnosed the issue, and installed a new thermostat for me. As a member of Cardinal Plumbing Heating and Air services, today was really a great reminder of what a smart decision it was to join. Excellent service from start to finish, and Charles was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend!

Charles arrived ready for WORK! My Air Conditioning system was doing all sorts of odd behaviors, one of which occurred while Charles was here! He spent well over 2 hours checking, testing, etc. Poor guy got quite a workout zipping up n down the stairs and in and out to the outside unit. When he discovered and pinpointed the exact issue, it was taken care of and I trust him implicitly! Marvin came to my house and was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable even though I didn’t have an HVAC problem, I had a plumbing plumbing problem he called the Cardinal plumbers and they were out at my house the same day.
