Thank you so very much for the great service and advice. Mr Angelo, our technician, is highly professional, knowledgeable, caring, and reliable. He was on time and meticulous in change the main pressure water regulator and a few other valves connected to it. Angelo was meticulous in flushing the water heater. I had an excellent experience with Angelo, the service technician who came to descale my tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process to me. Angelo was patient with all my questions and never made me feel rushed.
