If I could give them a zero I most definitely would. They take your money and don’t do anything for the community during the snow days they don’t care about the community at all they don’t salt the roads or plow the damn parking lots. They don’t do anything but take your damn money. It’s crazy that you try to get in contact with these people and nobody ever picks up the phone. A week with the snow in this neighborhood almost and still no clean up. Imagine that. where exactly is the hoa money going to???

I’ve lived in this townhouse for awhile. They’ve changed management groups 3x since 2018. And this by far has got to be the worst. This time around, there’s no assigned liaison with a particular section/community, no direct email and no direct person with their direct phone number. They don’t communicate properly or at all regarding trash, parking rules, holiday parking-tow exceptions, community events, general and necessary announcements. My fee has increased with no noticeable improvement to the community's well being. There are dog feces everywhere on the common grounds and some irresponsible neighbors continue the practice of leaving large debris and abandoned furniture on the curb until the rest of us pick up the tab.

I have lived at Stonegate for many years, and since Cardinal Management Group took over, especially with Courtney Khan as the general manager, things have been really good. She is very responsive and caring. You will often see her and her team walking around the community and looking after things. It has been a really positive change.
