Everyone needs to come together to sue this HOA. Multiple people have come forward about technical difficulties paying their dues, never getting a reply or slow replies but also being prohibited from having a pool or parking pass. Julie is an outstanding apartment manager! She is always in a great mood, greets everyone with a big smile, and is genuinely willing to help with anything you need. Her positive attitude and professionalism make a real difference in the community. She is responsive, kind, and always takes the time to make sure residents feel heard and valued. I almost never leave negative reviews, but after more than a week and a half of being completely ignored, I feel other homeowners should know what to expect. My account was suddenly charged over $2,700 in unexplained fees, and despite multiple emails, phone calls, and voicemails, I have received absolutely no explanation. Impossible to get anyone to answer an email or phone call. I don’t actually think anyone at this company does any work during the day. The most basic requests get ignored
I would like to give a shout out to Amber Lascell, the community manager for Elan Mews/Royal Court HOA. Amber always answers my emails and deals with any complaints in a timely and professional manner. She helps our community with all of our problems, coming up with solutions and ideas to help. I really appreciate her positive attitude and all the time she gives to us. She is the best community manager our HOA has had in over 25 years!
