I’m incredibly shocked how this management company is not reliable. We are having an issues to get our parking pass for 10 months already. We are renting condo since 2024 in June 2025 our parking pass is expired, and we also requested to get our pool pass. We’ve been sending follow up emails every week, finally they told us that our landlord had to perform plumbing inspection in order to get it. My fee has increased with no noticeable improvement to the community's well being. There are dog feces everywhere on the common grounds and some irresponsible neighbors continue the practice of leaving large debris and abandoned furniture on the curb until the rest of us pick up the tab. Edit: service is abhorrent. Tried calling twice on a Friday afternoon with no one to pick up.
