Our A/C went out at 6 pm in the middle of this record breaking heat wave. Despite the overabundance of A/C outage service calls, Cardinal was able to send out a tech the very next day. I want to thank the entire cardinal team for their unmatched dedication to customer service. Their 5 star service restored my A/C in less than 24 hours. I absolutely love having the Cardinal Service Plan. I actually had two technicians come out in one day, and both experiences were great. Kyle was servicing my HVAC system earlier in the day and was an absolute delight to work with. During the visit, he also noticed the smell of gas and encouraged me to contact the gas company right away, which we truly appreciated. I’m so thankful to find honest and reliable service. I’ve used Cardinal for a few years now and they’ve always done quality and honest work. They never try to over sell you and treat you fairly and honest. It’s hard to find quality work and ethics these days and you get that above and beyond with them. I had an issue with my drain backing up and my technician worked so hard to get it unclogged and took an hour working on it (it’s really a plumbing issue) so I’m very thankful for that.
