Mollie is a wonderful therapist. I’m learning so much about using tools effectively to manage stress and anxiety.
I'll most likely get denied visits after this. I have had several issues with last minute cancelations and therapists not showing for telehealth appointments. if you truly need help try somewhere different
Long Story I’ll try to keep short. I started therapy with Laura Shacklette after several months and really getting comfortable with her. Feeling like I could speak my mind and she truly understood. I realized she didn’t understand at all. She included in her notes things she told me she understood to be trauma responses and not the reality of my situation, in a way that showed she didn’t understand at all.
