It is a great place to be when it comes to working a descent ship. However, the new managers that this company has hired will find excuse to fire you based on low rate performance and not quantity performance. So yeah I would avoid working with them, since they too had decided to terminate me based on their low rate performance on March 10, 2025. So yeah I am unemployed and will seek work elsewhere.
