Words fail me—long waits, people being misled, and no one can give a straight answer or do anything about it.
Hi everyone, you'll definitely be waiting a lot here. Four people canceled the shipment and left. They told me to wait 4 hours. I waited, but then it turns out I was supposed to wait another day. They also told me to wait. They lied to me, I waited 10 hours. I don't recommend anyone to come to the court. They work very slowly. They don't give a damn about your time. Their time is expensive, but our time doesn't matter to them.
Don't come here if you can help it. I had a 6:00 AM appointment for a 3:30 PM load; they said it was ready, then made me wait. Long story short, it's a shitty facility—honestly, I wouldn't work with them.
