I love going to Cardinal! I’ve been going there now 4 years and I drive in from Waterloo! I see Jasmine for my hair, and Kim for my eyebrows. I can honestly say I love spending time with both of them! They are such a joy as well as Kara and Lisa are always so kind and friendly when I’m there. Highly recommend Cardinal!
