Nicole is truly life changing. I would like to start by explaining that therapy / Nicole isn’t a life raft. You can’t just go to a few appointments and rely on her to fix you / your partner. She is more of a lighthouse to help guide you back to where you want to be. You have to put in the time, effort, money and be willing to “swim”. I can't recommend this practice highly enough. My father passed away and after trying to deal with it on my own for a few months, I realized I needed help and found Sharlene.
