Mary has a very impressive program. She gave me a very easy to understand meal plan and the encouragement to follow through on it. I lost 2? of body fat, several points off my blood pressure measurements, and she showed me a few things with my breathing patterns during cardio workouts that have made noticeable improvements to my running.
