When I left my iPad there for a battery it worked. When I picked it up it no longer worked. I thought that was the end of it and I was out of an iPad. When it was brought to Mike Austin’s attention he called me to see if he could make it right. I stopped by there today and I left with a new iPad. Thank you Mike for being so considerate of your customers.
I've done business with Cardinal Computer for many years. I appreciate Mike Austin's community support for faith based events, and I have never had a bad experience with Cardinal. I purchased 2 refurbished Dell minitowers this year, and I have one I am going to take them for cleanup and fan replacement (before it fails). They are also great for accessories. I recommend them for all your pc hardware needs. Thanks to all the employees who make it a pleasure to go in the store. JM

My iPad has not been working for a few days now. Not knowing what the problem might be or the cost to fix it I was focusing in on another expensive purchase. My last ditch effort was to at least ask a professional about my problems. Today at Cardinal Computer, in Cookeville, Tn. I met Devin, and after telling him of my difficulties he did have a few things we could try. Fingers crossed, he started.
