Each and every single time I have issues with my computer, they are patient and helpful, and always show kindness and professional attitude towards all customers. Today I had a very bad day, my monitor finally dying on me. After trying for hours to get it working, one phone call to Mike calmed me down. He told me to please bring it in, and he would do his best to help me. He went way beyond and helped me in a way I never expected with this monitor issue. Thank you Cardinal Computer for your big hearts!
Had a great experience buying my new to me laptop from here. The gentleman working there was very nice, not pushy and knowledgeable! Will definitely return for my future tech needs!
I was having some difficulty playing a game of mine and my husband exhausted all his knowledge on trying to fix it himself so we gave in and brought it here. Devin helped my husband tremendously and now my computer works flawlessly. We went in to fix one thing and he found out multiple things that were causing the one issue. Definitely will be coming here for all of our computer needs.
