I dropped my jacket off and it was dirty but it had no holes , this is how my jacket was when I picked it up and I brung it to her attention and she act like she didn’t have a care in the world and like I was crazy ! She just kept saying all she do is dry clean . My jacket is damaged she wouldn’t refund me or try and see how the jacket can be fixed . It’s very obvious that my jacket went thru the washing machine
