I moved out of the Lexington court apartments April of 2023. I got an e-mail that my deposit would be back to me by the end of the next month. 3 months later I emailed the apartment manager I didn’t get my deposit. I didn’t get an e-mail back so I called the company and was told I was being charged for damage to the carpet after the apartment manager said they were being changed anyways since I lived there for 12 years. Goodluck! Maintenance doesn't fix anything. They have come numerous times for leaky sink,shower door ect. Noone responds. Blinds were put in new and so cheap I shut my door( normally) and 2 blinds snapped in half.
These guys are great. Super helpful 10/10 would recommend.
I rented from them in Boyceville they were good kind people than the new people took over within a year they got rid of alot long trem tennents with bogus reason including me now the Building only has 5 apt open because no one wants to rent there Cardinail sould get building back
