Goodluck! Maintenance doesn't fix anything. They have come numerous times for leaky sink,shower door ect. Noone responds. Blinds were put in new and so cheap I shut my door( normally) and 2 blinds snapped in half.
These guys are great. Super helpful 10/10 would recommend.
I rented from them in Boyceville they were good kind people than the new people took over within a year they got rid of alot long trem tennents with bogus reason including me now the Building only has 5 apt open because no one wants to rent there Cardinail sould get building back
Capital cardinal management is very unprofessional they don't reply to complaints they don't communicate with the tenants effectively they don't keep up with the building maintenance
