This is ACC Management Company now. Hasn't been Cardinal Capital for several years.
Very horrible lived in there place at 444 west 5th other people if they don't like u will lie on u until they kick u out and call the police on u for no reason and will spy on u in your apartment listing in on your apartment oh don't do your laundry there people will open dryers to cost u more money oh they have bed bugs too and they never returned our deposit and they harassed us for the keys upon move out
Worst management company I have ever seen. Charges tenants to fix plumbing even though it's supposed to be taken care of on their end. If they can't afford a plumbing bill maybe they shouldn't be in business.
