Christina was very unprofessional and I would not reccommend her appraisal services. I had land appraised for a refi. Her first comparable was 5x the land size that mine was which is not a comp. The 2nd comp was sold 2 and half years ago, I originally purchased this land AFTER this comp was sold. Another comp she used was the land that I was looking to refi.
