Surgeon was great, billing was a disaster. Double billed us, I called for months. Never heard back from them then 15 months later they sent us to collections, they said they never heard from us. Took 6+ weeks to get it cleared up even after they admitted to double billing.

I was seen on 3/2/16 by Dr. Kiell for a varicose vein on my left calf. I expressed desire to have it treated. Dr. Keill seemed very disinterested in pursuing the issue, but told me to call into office to schedule appt. to come back. I called office 2 days later to schedule appt. I was told scheduler was not available, but would call back. I never heard back from anybody. So, the way this office schedules appts. is completely NUTS.
