My surgeon was marc gerdisch. He was amazing I had a tricuspid valve replacement with a new valve in the fda study and it's like it wasn't ever replaced. It's now my own valve. Otherwise I would have had to have a mechanical valve and take blood thinners the rest of my life. Not with this valve and so grateful he saved my life the nurses and anesthesiologist were also easy to understand and kind.. ty angels on earth

Simply one of the best heart surgeons, facilities and programs in the world. I needed a bicuspid aortic valve replaced, my mitral valve repaired, my left atrial appendage closed and a vein defect dumping unoxygenated blood into the left side of my heart closed. The operation required a sternotomy. I experienced virtually zero pain and a rapid recovery.
