The providers are fine, but the front office needs to do better. They confirmed my grandfathers appointment that was scheduled months prior to hours later without notice. Stated that they called and “left a voicemail” on his landline, yet the only call he received was confirming his 12:30 appointment. I’m not sure who would just change the appointment time without confirming that time with an actual human being. I’ve only seen Dr. Zaidi once. But I’m not impressed. The biggest issue is that I gave him printed copies of ECGs from my Apple Watch. Each one had at least one thing abnormal with it. He didn’t actually pull the pages apart and look at the line, he only looked at what the watch summarized. My PCP spent more time looking at the papers. He also did not review the results of the ECG they did not ten minutes earlier. (Even if it’s normal, I was told by the MA he would and it’s just good practice.)
