Extremely disappointed with the front office staff at Dr. Polosajian’s practice. I called to schedule an urgent appointment for my mother, an existing cardiology patient, because her blood pressure was dangerously high. I had just taken her to the ER and was trying to arrange prompt follow-up care as advised. The staff refused to book the appointment because their system for verifying Medicare was down. Don’t trust a single word coming from that office. They promise follow-ups, never call to schedule procedures, and somehow ignore charts full of test results screaming for urgent action. Then on the phone it’s still, “So what are your symptoms?” At this point it feels like their tests exist more for billing insurance than for actually treating patients. People keep saying the doctor himself is a great professional — maybe for patients who can somehow get him to actually look at the test results.

The doctor is just ok but the office is terrible. They overbook appointments. If you want to wait 2 hrs in a crowded office, book here. The office has no shame to tell you this is the way it is. It's unsafe to keep people waiting in pandemic era.
