Im surprised at the low google rating. I've been going to Dr Leo since 2017. He has never made me feel like a number and always makes time to address concerns. He provides quality care along with his PAs and technicians. I developed really bad anxiety after being diagnosed with SVT. Instead of saying go to see a psych like my previous cardiologist/EP, he actually made sense of my anxiety and made me feel understood. They overbook appointments and don’t matter if you have an appointment u gonna have to wait 2 hours or more … terribly managed. Someone in the office attached someone else’s results to bloodwork to the file and doctor didn’t even check the name and mistake was found because i requested printed results. Based on the wrong results he said there was a thyroid issue …. Then when i asked him about the mistake he said sorry i made a mistake like it’s not big deal .. then sent a different prescription in a rush 🤦♀️ these are not ... read more
AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!!! Countless reviews confirm the same experience—this is hands down the WORST office you could deal with. The appointments are a mess, the management is a disaster, and their unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a cardiologist where precision and care are critical. This level of negligence is inexcusable. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this place!
Dr Leo is very good and compassionate. His STAFF, however, cold as the glacier that struck the Titanic. Twice already they have screwed up my appointments. And they make it sound like it's my fault. I have several specialists I see, this is the ONLY ONE I have problems with. This last time, showed up on time. Was told, oh it was last week. Ok. But no call to confirm? I have it on my phone at time of advisement. Now, to reschedule, "sit and have a seat, we'll tell you when time is available. " I ask what? Can't you just look ... read more
